Black leather Hermès Birkin 30 handbag. A timeless Birkin silhouette featuring short rounded top handles, sangles fastening, padlock, keys, and silver-tone hardware. The leather has a pronounced, structured grain and a firm feel, most closely resembling Epsom calfskin in texture.
The square R date stamp on the strap indicates that the bag was produced in 2014. Next to it, there is a shooting star stamp, a marking associated with pieces made for the personal use of an Hermès artisan. This makes the bag particularly interesting from a collector’s perspective. The 43E marking refers to the artisan / workshop identification code.
The bag is in very good condition. The leather has retained its beautiful structure, the shape is well preserved, and the interior is clean. Only minor signs of wear are visible, including fine surface scratches on the metal fastening hardware, light rubbing on the handles, edges, and interior leather details. Part of the protective film is still present on the front hardware.
