You can send your items via parcel terminal, courier, or drop them off in person at the &GoodAgain studio located at Sodų g. 8A, Vilnius. When sending through parcel terminal or courier, shipping costs are covered by the client.

To restore your item, please fill out the request form. Once we receive it, we will evaluate the condition of the item and send you an offer via email within 1 business day.

When dropping off items for restoration in person, a sales and purchase agreement is signed, which outlines the conditions related to the restoration. When ordering restoration services online, we send a confirmation email with the order details and the sales and purchase agreement via email.

When bringing items to the &GoodAgain studio in person, a 50% deposit is required for the restoration services. The remaining amount is paid when picking up the restored items.

When sending items via courier, payment is made via bank transfer after the service is completed, before sending the items back.

You can pay for the restoration services in cash, by card, or via bank transfer.

We restore a wide range of shoes, bags, accessories, and leather goods. However, there are cases where full restoration is not possible. In such cases, we inform customers in person, by phone, or by email and offer alternative restoration methods, if possible.

One of the most common inquiries we receive is whether we can repair deflated Nike Air cushions. Unfortunately, this defect cannot be fixed. Other complex repairs are evaluated on an individual basis.

Each item restored at &GoodAgain studio undergoes a quality control procedure. This ensures that the restoration meets the quality standards set by &GoodAgain. With 8 years of restoration experience and over 20,000 items restored, we guarantee that our restoration services are professional and of high quality.

Most items restored by &GoodAgain come with a one-month warranty. The warranty applies to repairs and dyeing work, but no warranty is provided for cleaning services. In some cases, due to the specific nature of the item being restored (e.g., salt-damaged UGG boots), we cannot offer a warranty. Yes, we can restore items with a priority for an additional fee:

• Within 3 business days: 50 % the price of the service 
• Within 1-2 business days: 100 % the price of the service 

Due to high demand, priority orders may not always be possible.
